I meant number 2, but number 6 is getting used as well!

Not read through 5 pages, nor seen whats on SSN...could he have a limited wardrobe, and was guaranteed a head shot by the cameraman/production team? There must be a reason!
How many players from a club go on international duty with their own clubs kit? Apologies if this reapeats what others have said over 5 pages, but they are MY initial thoughts and I'll reserve judgement.

Ade is an Arsenal fan obviously, just because hes signed for us it doesnt mean he has to wear our shirts all the time? Players can still be fans of other teams surely?
You're a Leg-end mate, not quite Godly status..........................yet ;-)
And for the rest, you are dead right.

Mate why do people always wanna lock threads on this forum :)
And i'm not sure that is the case, pretty sure that when in the public eye players are bound to wear thier sponsors? maybe this is an exeption.

Excellent, so can we come to the conclusion that it was a fuck up - that could well have been made under unusual circumstances - but a fuck up all the same?
I would sincerely hope that even if I found my family wiped out in a tragedy that two days later, if I popped down to the Townley wearing a dress, that one of you cunts would point out that although I am under extreme duress, I made a bit of a boo boo?
Thanks in advance boys!

That's a fair call Dub. But I on the other hand, would thrash you with a breaded, frozen cod. A rare fish, who's impact would be limited in a comedic fish on dress scenario, by the breadcrumbs.

This really isnt big or embarrassing news
Sky havent bothered to comment upon it as I am sure many papers wont either (given that they havent on the websites yet).
At the end of the day most people will understand that under the circumstances it wouldnt really be proper to make silly assumptions (as some of us are) and headlines from it.
I am sure the club wont be making any comment either.
I think we should just put this to bed, wish the Togo team all the best, await his return and then cheer on his return to form later in the season.
Now, your owners taking money out of the clubs piggy bank to lend to their inbred families, that's embarrassing ;-)

WTF is going on, he apparantly hated arsenal for pushing him out and their fans so whats that about?!
I would never wear a city shirt if i was playing for spurs. Arsenal are in direct competition with us. Ade seems a bit mad.

This is a bit OTT isn't it? Ade won't have been thinking about what he wore as he has other things on his mind. Pity he wore it but it's really no big deal.

Hughes out?...oh wait....Mancini out? Ade out? He made 1 fucking 1 mistake, so what if he wore an Arsenal shirt, just think who the fuck he plays for 1st before slating him, that said its normal to slate players on here nowadays, what next? Vieira wore trainers with a suit so he doesn't want to play for us? Fucking pathetic this, if Ade likes Arsenal, who gives a fuck? He plays for MANCHESTER CITY. Thats my 2 cents and apologies for language.

There was a thread started by someone who wanted Benji to fuck off the day after he was credited with THREE assists.
Kind of makes Ade look like he's just pinched the club's last Rolo.

When i 1st saw the interview.I thought WTF is going on here then. Why hasnt Ade got rid of the gooners swag from his wardrobe?
Then on reflection of everthing that he has been through this past week ,plus his passion for City in the Arsenal game.I dont really give a toss about it.

I care about what happened to Ade... AND I'm bemused that he ended up wearing an Arsenal Football Club jersey on global TV.
You can be both you know. Those of us who think it was a fuckup aren't evil and heartless. It WAS a fuckup, and if you're not allowed point that out because a tragedy happened previously, then you're masking your point of view.
Its not nearly as important as people dying and to my knowledge, nobody in this thread said it was.
So for all the people who keep posting with the "Earth Song" playing in the background, calling for perspective - please consider for one second that some of us a pointing out a fuck up. No more.
I'm still delighted he's alive, I'm still delighted we are the richest club in the world, in fourth place, within touching distance of our rivals (Arsenal included) and that the future is rosey.
This was a minor fuck up in the grander scheme of things, as was Elano bitching to the press, as was Garry Cook on a couple of occassions, but it was a fuck up all the same.
Spot on old dubbers. Reward yourself with a cider.

Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
