Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I asked my wife to knit me a new City scarf for Christmas. Unfortunately too many of our family and friends have whelped recently so it's on the waiting list behind lots of baby clothes!

It was my assumption, that the way Roberto wears his scarf is called the 'Catalunya' knot, my friend from Barcelona taught me the real way to wear a scarf when I was first there about 8 years ago. He also shown me other methods, the Hollywood, New Yorker and Milano to name a few. I'm sure you guys can tell me whether or not I was being wound up here?
We should devise a Mancunian Method: -
Find Scum 'Fan'

Wrap scarf around neck (preferably from behind to add to the element of surprise)

Tie and pull both ends as hard as physically possible for 90 seconds, or until subject turns blue

Walk away smugly smiling

only £38.50 for a cashmere one
is this on the OS if not where are they
**EDIT- found it, bought it, cheers.**
You just spent 38 quid on a scarf, fucking mad!!!!
razor 4X 100 . Have to disagree. I've just come home from watching ice hockey at -7°C. and believe you me, cashmere is worth paying for. I'd love to be able to own a nice cashmere city scarf at 38 quid. that's about 60 Francs- less than half what i would have to pay here for a decent cashmere scarf.
Ahh, but this is Beswick cashmere!! ;)

They had obviously bought too many of these when they gave them away and up till the start of the season were selling them off in the shop for £3 a pop, £8 is a shocker and besides they are too short for that style really.
