htf can the Ref say 3 mins extra time then play almost 5 minutes and then when the free kick results in nothing immediately blow for the end ? If time is up then he must blow for time not this BS about letting a team have another chance !

The actual time he blew for the foul was 93.01 so it shouldn't have even be played. It's all about the spectacle though mate, just like on that Derby Day when the ref played a few extra ninutes, for the celebration!

Beef, i don't care about the first free kick , he was already way over time allowing the second for hand ball ,where he booked a player and even the tv didn't show the offence, but still marked out a free kick and 10 yards , what was all that about ? time was up .

The added time has never been about the whistle being blown on completion of the 3rd minute, so in reality, if the board goes up for 'a minimum of 3 minutes' and a foul occurs at 93.01, then I would fully expect that the kick for the foul is allowed, as the ref in reality has the ability to play to 93.59 plus any time added for subs and time wasting during the added time.

Correct. Glad he got to take them as they came to nothing anyway (benefit of hindsight).
Noted he walked off the field without acknowledging the opposition or indeed his teammates. It's all about him - seriously lacking class.

When they designate extra time I was under the impression this was the "minimum" not a time set in stone.
