The last game they played together was a cracking one. It was at Euro 2012 and Spain managed to win in the 88th minute from a goal scored by ... Navas.

I'm watching it in Dubrovnik; you could say the locals are excited. No chance of any of the bar staff bringing me a sandwich now

Unlucky to give that penalty away and glad he saved it.

I thought it could've been given but very soft; not a dive by any means. The ref couldn't wait though.

More craziness in Dubrovnik, the commentator chuckling away at the pen save for fully two minutes.

For me there was a coming together that took him over but minimal to take him over and no control of the ball.

No dive, just a coming together but, as mentioned, the ref couldn't wait. Like watching Barca in the CL, anything to see them through for TV revenue.

I was hoping to see there was a trip or something because I've roughed the wife up more than that, trying to get past her in the kitchen this evening, and she managed not to fall over.
Really disappointing from Big Dave.

It looked to me as though the Spanish player pushed the Croatian defender into Dave. Should not have been a pen justice served. Croatia have played well without modric and mandzucic. Really like perisic and that's why! Fantastic athlete

Ha ha ha, what a break that was. It's as if theyd made a deal for the draw and Croatia have welched on it.
