The mistakes in each game are embarrassing. We're shooting ourselves in the foot and throwing games away.

But it's not just mistakes. Lethargic and slow first half. We created very few chances and very few shots on target, Granted Southampton defended very well, but on our part there was a lack of incisiveness, and that's persisted for a number of games now.
Maybe we just need a bit of luck, cause we've had fuck all lately.

This could be the nub of it. What does Gundogan add that Dinho can't do already?

And as for this new kid Aguero, he goes missing most of the game and runs into opponents when he does have the ball. Get rid.

Tell us more about your theory that our fans have stopped going to matches because of how we play.

It's pretty clear you have been against this manager and the spanish directors from the get go.

It's just a bit baffling as to why?

ask mase why he didn't today....

nothing against the manager

the spafia have spunked a fortune on bang average players

All joking aside mate, you have been the most vocal on the board with constant negativity.

Of course it's always going to be a concern when we drop points but there doesn't seem to be any balance whatsoever about you.

You won't acknowledge that we have a new manager with a new system and new players integrating. Everything is a disaster and there are no excuses with you.

If I was to put all your posts together since pre season it looks extremely like you don't want this guy to succeed.

This spafia is doing an incredible job of turning us into a top club for revenue - the fastest growing brand in world football and you're moaning about money lost on transfers?

I just don't get it. You seemed a pretty reasonable chap up until pep arrived.

my stance hasn't changed since last season (or the last few for that matter).
i call a spade a spade
you won't hear anyone shouting louder about a great performance than me but i will not sugar coat things when things aren't going well. i will say it for the god knows how manyeth time.... it's performances that i care about not results.
too many of our lads are playing within themselves and it's fucking infuriating. if you're happy with then good for you...

What made you think I was happy?

Just because I don't exaggerate the situation doesn't mean I'm happy.

So it's the players you are unhappy with. Or at least certain ones?

That can be fixed in the transfer windows that lie ahead.

I thought you were unhappy with the manager already!

You should maybe be more specific in your posts and - I know this sounds crazy - perhaps list the problems and possible solutions.

Probably just me, but if Stones was in at middle, Ota on right, the whole game would've been much better.

There are many reasons, but Kompany was poor and Stones should be in the middle

Good point. I'd agree with this.

Having a fully fit kompany will obviously be a huge bonus. There's only one way we'll get that and it comes with game time.

It's going to take a bit of time for pep to know his best team and shape.

The kompany conundrum is definitely at the heart of that and it will unsettle the defence in the short term.

He will sold mate , 1000% he will be.

In this team you need to be able to pass and be quick about it....Kompany still giving away stupid free kicks , still cant pass over 5 yards - he just doesn't fit the system IMO.

I agree we need a something more in the middle of the park and we have needed it for a while now.

I'm hoping gundogen is it once he gets the hang of the premier league but he'd want to improve his passing soon.

I'm still very positive about this new era and we have to allow for teething problems.

There is no way fans have stopped going because of how we play.

And if they have then they're fucking morons we could do without

Another huge fuck up at the back has cost us 3 precious points just what the fuck was Stones doing ffs !!! Our heads never dropped though and lots of talk inside the ground about our goal being disallowed not offside or a foul ???? has cost us the win ??? Anyway Kompany had a very solid game albeit slightly rusty but his presence makes up for that . Kun and Silva way off the pace and Gundogan worrying again . Sterling and Sane very encouraging ....... KDB what the fuck happened there ??? Oh and Bravo very decent game until coming off his line near the end WTF ???
Had worse weekends , we are still top , dippers have had to cancel there latest parade and rags getting twatted hahaha oh and Soton ...... cheating time wasting horrible cunts , absute disgrace . Etihad , Manc City Center over and out !

Hic ! :) :)

Playing 3 in the back in Englad will be suicidal, at the moment, when you have many calamities in the squad
[/color]. Today was a good that to give a chance to Maffeo, instead he decided to play 2 right wingers in the last 10 minutes.

Teams have figured us out at the moment.

Good call PP.

Fundamentally, at the moment, it's the players, not necessarily the system.

Playing three at the back does make it a little easier to play two, or even three, up front and, since Chelsea switched to this approach (when they were 3 down against Arsenal), they've not done too badly since, in spite of David Luiz being the central one of the 3.

Moreover, it's continuing to serve them well, so far, in their current game this afternoon at half time.

In spite of today, Stones fits in well with this system and should be the one in the centre; all we need are a different two either side of him and who can show a degree of competence playing in this formation.

Nacho needs to be in the team from the start.

Sterling was brilliant , Sane had a decent game and Vinny did not get injured.

All the part-time know all about football must be loving this as they of course know more about the game then our manager who has only won 21 trophies in seven seasons.

And people booing at the game.

Fucking embarrassment and do not deserve this club.

We didn't lose because we have 3 at the back, we lost because of yet another fuck up.

Thanks God for the rags going into meltdown on the pitch.

it's booing the perceived half arsed attitude of the players. if we had put in the same effort as the soton players we'd have walked it today.
