Dave Silva's chip over to Sane wasn't to be sniffed at either.

Yep, basically saying we are beneath them, nothing more than an upstart.

Wenger and Arsenal should focus on the core business of winning titles, not on selling players for a profit.

Yeah fair enough mase mate. Just get annoyed when these new fans like Woody, city64 and that foreign fella who never even went to Maine road go on about how amazing the atmosphere is, when it's nothing like it used to be. TBF, they're probably the women and kids, and they're the ones who ruined it in the first place.

CTID!

Ha what a cock. New fan? I am 59 been supporting City since I was 11 went to my first game then at Maine Road. Season ticket holder for almost 20yrs. You just keep watching from your sports room. Armchair supporter

59? Must be a woman then.

So, Keith Hackett, Graham Poll, and now Dermot Gallagher (not forgetting RatBoy and Henry), have all said that under the current rules both our goals were legitimate yet Sky Sports get the great wisdom of ex-Arsenal legend Nigel Winterburn and Lambeth born Phil Babb to tell us that they weren't. Bet they couldn't wait for the phone call last night, getting their directive to somehow taint our win.

Anybody would think they are trying to deflect the fact that their team got played off the field and just couldn't handle what we had.

Arsenal do what they do and fall apart at the first hurdle yet all the talk is about how cheated they were and we are once again the villain.

Sky Sports, WWE at its very best.

First goal was slightly off, can't blame the liner though, tough call.

Absurd to suggest the second is offside, it would make a mockery of the game were that to be considered offside.

On the subject of offsides, I noticed yesterday two suspect offside calls against us, one was around the hour mark when we had them pinned right in, Sagna was adjudged offside from a KDB pass on the sideline. I said I must have another look at the replay but none was forthcoming, I get that sometimes they don't have time to show it but on that one in particular they showed the Arsenal bench on camera until the game restarted.

The second one was a KDB offside shortly after, again a promising position, again no replay, the editor decided to show some random bullshit until the game restarted. Come on Sky sort it out, we're paying to see the game and where possible replays on tight calls, not the fucking bench or some other random bullshit.

This has come in over the last couple of seasons. They now show what they think will influence the public and it seems that it's always to the detriment of us. The penalty appeals such as that on Gundogan in the Chelsea game, which looked clear cut, wasn't even reviewed, leaving us hanging. A new directive in Sky's arsenal, so to say.

And yeah, for the Sane goal, how could any official call that offside. It's taken Sky hours and hours to shown that Sane's big toe is offside and at pace the officials have to go with the 'if in doubt' regulation. How anybody can argue that it's offside is just being a twat, or an Arsenal fan.

It's be one thing if he was stationary, but coming at that speed it's totally impossible for the linesman to judge whether his an inch on or off. And I thought the rule book says to favour the attacking side when in doubt? No?

You are very much correct mate. I'd suggest that Sane gets his toe nails clipped for next time, surely he won't get away with those millimetres in the future.

There's just too many to list for there not to be some sort of directive. Like many I'll watch the majority of games shown and it seems if you are one of the favoured few they'll show everything that they think is for you but nothing against; it just didn't happen. Or, if it is a high profile incident, show it with some sycophant in the background explaining how it couldn't have possibly been wrong, just a misunderstanding, such as Rojo's unbelievable flying challenges.

I've just been snooping around on the Arsenal Teamtalk site and the funny thing is no one had anything to say about any dubious offsides. All about how poor Arsenal were.

SKY's obsession with any remote chance to discredit City is bizarre.
