sounds like a Yaya replacement and concerns over Ilkay's long-term health.

he's cup tied for the CL though so maybe January won't happen.

A run ?? are you taking the fucking piss mase ? he wont last longer than a fuckign episode of coranation street !!

What are some of you lot on ?

I'm not sure what his injuries have been mate. Maybe he gets injured often because he doesn't play a lot? I don't know, how many games did he play the season before we bought him?

I actually think there might just be some merit in your idea Mase.

It's a chance to try out something different, we need a left back, he's not a bad player anyway and the type of pressure/movement etc. which contributes to the injuries he gets in midfield, may be a little different in defence and he just might - and I only say might - stay fitter and able to play more games in the side by dropping into the back line.

In any event, it could well be that no other club would risk taking him onboard so, for my money, I'd give it a go and see what happens. Moreover, there is a footballer in there so we almost owe it to ourselves to give it a chance to emerge.

All I know mate is that if Milner can play left-back then anyone can! :D

When we bought him from Villa they were understandably pissed but on Villatalk they did make a point of citing his injury record which wasn't the best. They were a lot more annoyed at losing Benteke the same window.

Argentine international Martin Demichelis became a free agent on Tuesday after his contract with Spanish La Liga side Espanyol was terminated

So Sevilla loaned Jovetic. He can meet now with his pal Nasri.

Hehe. Add also a location: that clinic place were Sammy likes to go amd you have a scenario.

On a serious note: Did Inter finish paying us the cash for him?

According to Transfermarkt they paid initial £2.13M loan back in 2015 and then they show that on 3rd January '17 they paid £11.48M, well, when i say paid.... but i doubt he'd be allowed to go on loan if monies owed still, unless we've agreed it?

My thought exactly. He's hardly played for them and when he has he's been shit!
