Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!
by Piccsnumberoneblue » Sat Jan 21, 2017 9:24 pm
I've seen Ron Healey, Keith Macrae, Eike Immel, Joe Corrigan before he became good, Martyn Margetson, Arne Arneson or whatever his name was, but despite all their shortcomings, I have never seen a goalkeeper at City so absolutely incapable of stopping the ball going past him as this berk now.

City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

I more worried about the fact that at the moment his morale is very poor. Ok, he is mediocre at best, but mentally, at the moment, he is beyond saving.

I sit at the front of the south stand and you could see his uncertainty he needs to be taken out of the front line
It may be my last year as a season ticket holder as it just doesn't seem the same with so few English and local players (but I said that last year)

Agreed, not only for the team's sake but for his own. Although no blame attaches itself to him for today's result.
I know it's about City goalkeepers but no one will ever beat Paddy Roach for sheer crapness.

Bruce Grob was easily the worst keeper I have ever seen. Far worse than Bravo but I can't think of anyone else

Arne Arneson made some amazing stops in his short time with us, I'd have him back now rather this false number 1 in a heartbeat.

His double save in the Cup at Spuds is one of the best I've ever seen.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Arni Arason. Doesn't come into this discussion as he played so few games, one of which he produced a stunning save. Macrae or Margetson do...but Bravo is in that mix on account of his abysmalness.
After the ball was centred, after the whistle blew...

What will sort it is a one way ticket to south America and he can take Nicolas with him while he's at it.

For us, Bravo must be up there with the stats regarding his shots per saves ratio.

He did, particularly in the 4-3 win at Spurs in the 4th round replay, it was Ellegard in sticks in the original tie when we drew 1-1, now he really was pap.

Can i just say that bravo has been disappointing so far but his stats from Barca and Chillie are good so he's clearly not a crap keeper. It must take time to settle in a new country and new team. Give the lad a chance.
