I just couldnt find Willy thread so I'll use this.
Surely it is time for pep to swallow his pride and play the keeper who saves shots? Another game and prem opponent for Willy, another clean sheet.
a good save just before we scored too. Concede that as someone would have and we would have had a tricky game today.

If Pep had anything about him he'd just re-call Hart. Easy. He's just a bellend.

Totally agree but Bravo will start against WHam on Wednesday.

Recall Joe Hart would be my choice, but apart from that let Pepe choose his teams in all games.

Neah, so long and goodbye to hart.
As I said, the "not good enough with his feet" version is nonsense. He left because of his relation with some of the media cunts. We need to find someone in the summer. Willy can do the job until then, but in the summer we need to find a real keeper.
And no, not Ter Stegen.

Having a big Willy behind them really keeps the defence focused. I know I wouldn't want to slip up in those circumstances...
In all seriousness I think the players have much greater confidence in his ability and see Bravo as a liability.

I agree that the real reason for Joe's departure was something else than that.
It's hard to get behind it but fact is Joe will never be back as long as Pep is here and I want Pep to give him chance to work his magic whether it works or not
But every time Josep starts willy in goal I my patience for him is running out

Is this even a question. One is ok keeper who saves shots and other is complete disaster.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

The Cheshire Today and ragtop exclusives appear to have dried up. I can't work out if there is any connection though.

I stll think I know where the tabloid article undermining Pep a couple of days after Joe was told he no longer featured at City came from.

Willy is making a case for change. I would remind the Hart fans every manager has tried to flirt him.

Add that to some "leaks" we had from the dressing room in the media in the past years and you have a solid argument.
Also curious: why there were no more teams that tried to sign him when we let the world know he was available? He is a top keeper.

That's a good question PP, although his 'performances' in the Euros might not have endeared him to any potential suitors.
One other aspect of Hart, which caused quite a bit of criticism on this forum at the time, was the easy way he was laughing and joking with Shrek, at the end of a game with the Scum whilst still on the pitch. I know they are England colleagues, but this just seemed somewhat distasteful to City fans.

Indeed, that also. Can recall what game it was? 2-4 in the swamp or 2-3 at home when Nasri had that ”performance" at the freekick?

From recollection, I thought it was the defeat at the Swamp but, with you having mentioned the 'Nasri game', I'm not so sure now.......it might even have been both !!
