Struggling for large parts of the half but still in it - we need the Dapper Don to work some magic at half time.

Not only because it gave us the equalizer on Tevez's penalty, but I am glad to see that penalty given. The rags get away with that kind of foul regularly and it is a disgrace to the standard of refereeing in the Premier League. It has been good so far this season that referees have been showing alot more independence and giving calls according to the letter of the rules instead of bowing to the kind of pressure the managers of the 'top 4' can exert.

Granted it wasn't a penalty, but a first viewing I thought it was. Tevez did well to keep his calm, as per usual United don't respect the referee and surround him. Rooney should have been booked. I absolute detest Rooney. I'm glad I don't support England, because I couldn't cheer him on. Vile person.

We need to use this as a catalyst, we gifted them that goal.

I'd like to know where United's kids are? I think we have the youngest player on the pitch in Boyata. Lying Baconface twat.

Kompany is playing well, Boyata nervous. Barry again anonymous, SWP, Bellers, and King Carlos are running around like maniacs.

Keep the intensity up, and we can win this.

It was one continuous foul I don't see what the debate is, he let go of Bellamy for one small fraction of a second but that doesnt make it two incidents.

They are an advantage if the scores are still level at the end of extra time in the second leg.

Ireland on to provide more of a spark? We need to close them down quicker as we're giving them all the time in the world.

AWAY GOALS ONLY COUNT WHEN YOU ENTER EXTRA TIME IN THE SECOND LEG

Yes the commentary is so fucking biased it's unreal. They just cream their pants on everything United do, mentioning Evans playing well (is he?) and just getting excited anything United do. They mentioned Ferdinand & Vidic being out, but no mention of us having no Toure and Lescott. Arseholes.

I think i may pack the licence in and just enjoy Internet Iplayer and 4OD. Wankers.

In English football, two-legged fixtures in the League Cup are only subject to the away goals rule after extra time; if teams are level on aggregate after 90 minutes of the second leg, extra time is played regardless of whether one team leads on away goals.
