here's a trivia question - which 4 members of our senior outfield squad are still to be carded this season?

Navas, Delph, Kompany and Iheanacho?

Clichy, Delph, Gundogun, Sane - and Iheanacho.
Correct, except for Iheanacho, who was booked by Deadly Dean for slipping in front of a blind man and Navas, who got a card against the Chavs, and Kompany against Southampton, and Gundogan against Celtic - so still one to get.

Clichy, Delph and Sane.

And Diaz?

Other youths have been carded but not whilst playing for the first team.
Except for Foden, who hasn't been carded at all but also hasn't left the first team bench.

OK, apologies - my research is overtaking my answers to the question at the moment. I'm only counting those players who have appeared in first team matches for us this season and not been given a card. You're correct, Diaz counts by virtue of his appearance against Swansea in the League Cup but there are still another four I think

Clatenburg. Saying sorry again, this time to Hull, after over ruling the Lino, who flagged for hand ball.

I can only think you must be meaning EDS players like Garcia, Adarabioyo, Angelino and Maffeo?

Indeed I am, you sound as if you think you've been hoodwinked, although it is not unusual for your posts to be bathed in disgruntlement. Those senior squad players all appeared in this season's first team matches unbooked as specified in the question, although Maffeo got a yellow in his game for Girona against Almeria last week tbf. Cheer up JL, it may be true after all that education merely adorns the wit and corrupts the judgement.

Last man yellow for Gibbs . clear foul !

Yes it was the classic (Voice over) "About to drop out of the top 4? Worried that your star players may leave? Well have no worries. At 'Bent Ref's' we can give you the choice of our officials to get you back to winning ways. And remember 'NO WIN NO FEE!'"

Hahahaha!

Surely the prize for most brazen dive goes to Pedersen and I don't believe he was booked.

Imagine the fuss in the media if a city player had done this.

There are posters on here like walmai and ian wright that are clearly not city fans but they give a balanced opinion and never purposely rile us up.

This phips cunt just pollutes the place and sticks the knife in everytime we're up against it.

What kind of a fan does that??

Every time someone goes on a tirade about Phips, I keep going back to see what all the fuss is about. I can never see what he's done to cause such a reaction
I really can't see what you're all getting wound up over.
He is as sarky as f**k, but then he is forever being called a cunt, so that's an understandable reaction.
I don't get it at all!

Seconded. A tad sad.

It's his Modus Operandi, and why his bosses love him so much - he does their bidding then makes it seem like an honest mistake to cover his tracks. He will probably get another major final for this as a reward.

How did Clattenburg actually make his apology; specifically, did he go into the Hull dressing room, or did he just mumble something to one of their players in the tunnel ??..........and how did it come to light he had, purportedly, proffered an apology; did he saunter along to the press room and let it slip to one or two lurking reporters ??

If he did go into the Hull dressing room, what was their reaction and how did he avoid being thrown headfirst into the players' bath (if there was/is one there), without the water in it ??

Maybe he shared some of his winnings with them.

,
correct, along with Adarabioyo, Maffeo and Angelino - in total 8 players who have appeared in first team matches this season without incurring the coloured wrath of the ref.

Don't agree with OD.
Start binning people and you will end up with a 'clique'.
Who will probably bully everybody else who disagrees with them before binning the new offender.

Phips is entitled to his opinion.
If I don't like a person's opinion I will respond in a civil manner or simply just ignore them.
Personally, I don't agree with calling people names (it is fine if the people are having some banter) but other than that it is a form of bullying IMO.

I couldn't give a flying fuck. It's already been discussed weeks ago. The pipe down part was for bringing up an old conversation to stir the pot.

Looking for a bit of attention?

You were right be the way - ever since you started driving the players around Manchester on your open top tour bus, they have grown to love the city and it is helping them play better.

Now THAT'S a "wow"
