Silva, Stirling, Big W, Stones. All great.

Pep could do worse than playing Gunn in the Cup, if he wanted to give Caballero a rest.

Exactly. The clown should never ever be playing for us again.
Today we played a goalkeeper and he saved us the game (for which he also got a vote from me). play bravo on Sat and we will be one behind once they pass towards our goal
but now to happier things - Silva, wow. Sane, Sterling. These could terrorise Prem defences for years. I needed more votes today

Loved Fernandinho, but oh my, a masterclass from Big Dave. Just magnificent.

Amazing what a bit of confidence can do for someone, isn't it?
Having slept on it I've gone for Sterling, there were some very good displays but Sterling's was a match winning contributon.

Fern was fucking ace as left back once he got used to it, and when moved into midfield he totally bossed it. He's my second choice behind Merlin.

Went for Kolarov because I didn't see his name mentioned in the match day thread apart from by myself. Must be that the whoppers didn't have anything bad to say about him. #solid

I thought he looked like a fish out of water at left back. Did ok but he was always too deep when the other 3 were holding a high line.
Looked great when he went back to the middle though.

That was first half. He found his stride in the second and was great (for being a make-shift option).

Willy for me! He was really impressive yesterday, we won for his two great saves in a very difficult match!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

Looking at the current position of this poll, Caballero has now accumulated more votes (9) than Sane (7).
Most interesting indeed.

That tackle on Ibe was outstanding, they score there and it's a very different game.
Sané was very good but, a constant threat but he was also guilty of giving away possession quite often, it's the nature of his game I suppose but I don't think he was at his very best last night, what I do find interesting is there seems to be more of a tolerance with Sané misplacing a pass, not finishing or not providing a good final ball than there is with Sterling.

Willy - as much for the stability and confidence he's given us over the past 5/6 games as for today .
