I know we've lost to these two, but really we don't know how lucky we are. The standard of football we're used to watching has us spoiled for anything less.
It depends which game you're watching mate. I wasn't thinking about our great game when I was watching us against Leicester or Everton. However, we're now seeing a much more refined blend of football, which I wholly approve.

Leicester reverted to thier league winning tactics lol. Dippers being undone makes me feel happy. But goes to show that possession based football isn't very effective against these. We better fuck them up next time we play.

I know. If you'd have said in 1990 when the dippers were ruling the roost they wouldn't win another title for at least 28 years, you'd have been marched off to the funny farm.

I think it's their first goal since putting 4 past us!
But yes, I think you're right mate.
Thanks Beefy.
Livelypoo's season seems to now be nicely falling apart. If they lose tonight, they could soon find themselves being overhauled by the Scum and dropping down into 6th place, looking over their shoulders at Everton and hoping they don't catch them up.
This is all good stuff..
Out of all the cups after playing weakened teams, the Prem is all they've got left.
They look really slow though, what's happened to the famous ganggreenpress that Klopp is synonymous for?
I wonder if, by playing the pressing game they've adopted until now, Klopp has caused his players to be run into the ground and this particular style is burning them out ??

You could compromise by hating them both equally.
Just a thought.

I think what we're seeing since Christmas is a taster for how things will be.
We know our defence is flakey, but the attacking football is s joy to watch.

Without a doubt. Dortmund used to tire in the latter stages of the season and that was with a winter break. They also used to get more than their share of muscular injuries. Not a coincidence I'd suggest

If it stays like this we'll be 3 points clear of the dippers with a home game in hand and equal goal difference - happy mondays!

It's a good compromise, but Keane still wins my hate vote after the Alfie challenge. Milner is just a dipper c@nt now

It was very noticeable after the Christmas fixtures and I even mentioned that I thought Klopp had changed tactics during the Sunderland game to give them a bit of a rest. They drew that game 2-2 and haven't been able to pick it up since. In fact, I think they've only won 2 games since the New Year, and one of them was a replay against Plymouth!
