Agreed if by Spanish Bribery we also mean Spain changing sides from Tunisia to Rome and stabbing Hannibal in the back.

Possibly BJ. I was reading in wiki about the defeat and death of your chap at the battle of Baetis River in Andalucia - which was apparently due to the desertion of his Celtiberians warriors, who were bribed by Hasdrubal Barca, Hannibal's brother - note the connection
