Bale has been injured a lot lately, so that aspect might be viable.

i don't really care if we get a "good deal"...i'd just like a deal.

That Porto "Right Back" doesn't seem very fullback-like...but then again Dani Alves was easily the best fucking player of the CL semis over the last fortnight, so pacy portugeezer speaking fullbacks who don't have to defend a lot are obvs cool.

I'd definitely swap Aguero for Bale in a straight swap if I was offered it.

I prob would too and it feels wrong saying that.

Mangala and Fernando be great signings for the toon. I think Mangala would be a great signing for most premier league teams and if in the right set up would look quality. Similar to Sakho at Palace, in the right system he can be an excellent defender. That system isnt our one though.

Bale has played around 40 games in the last two years. Madrid aren't even missing him right now because Isco has been ripping it up. Just a thought.
