Nasri started all their games till he arrived.
so did Brown but I think there is a thumbs down message from Sanchez in this, not unhappy if it is tbh - like Sterling, Sane, Jesus and Aguero I imagine.

Aubamayang linked with us today. I'd prefer him as he offers something different to what we've got.

If he gets injured today Arsenal will be massively sorry just playing him to prove a point.

Belotti would be a great signing but I expect he'll go elsewhere.

Judging by Wenger's remarks though looks like Sanchez is on his way. Medicals can take place in Chile!

He said they'll cope if they lose a big player.

Going to be a wild next few days, or season if Wenger refuses to give in.
Potential way to see things that goes poorly for us...which may very well be likely...
Maybe he thinks Alexis can handle the turbulence and is professional enough even knowing he will leave next season because he will want to impress to prove himself worthy of a mega contract at 29, but will still sell Chamberlin (even to Chelsea) and buy 1 or 2 (midfield/defender) to shake things up enough to survive with hope it will be enough for CL qualification.

Or Sanchez will go for a fat fee. He can go for nothing to PSG in January whatever happens. The Arsenal board may well take the money.

Figures this morning are up to £70m plus Denayer! Much as he would improve us, that is too high a price for me.

Why get hung up on the price? What's he worth on a 4 year contract when he's with us? Must be way in excess of £70m in this market. Good business as far as I'm concerned - get it done.

Getting Denayer off the books would be a welcome bonus, he's approaching Gooner standard although not quite in the Welbeck class yet.

We still have to balance the books, make a profit, adhere to financial regulations. Not to mention his salary might piss off existing players. Every player has a price as they say and given the circumstances with Sanchez I feel £70m plus a player we could get £10m for is too steep. I'd sooner meet the buyout of the lad at Madrid, Asencio.

Being reported he's handed in a transfer request today.*
*Seems the source is questionable.

After 4-0 I am surprised he didn't buy himself out as Neymar did.
