You do realise that the commentors are English. Not sure it had much to do with the audience, but nice try.
It was actually just the one doing colour who raised the idea and the other the match commentor reacted with the idea that such kicks be banned as crazy.
The one who made the point said just in the pen box when defenders are nearby because it is too dangerous.

If I am not mistaken, everton had one shot. Which incidentally is the same number of shots as the scum have had in this match as well.
