It makes you realise how good Stones is.
I think Tosin is going ok.
The reality is Yaya should be the out ball for us out of defence but he’s not providing it.

The youngsters are doing ok, but there is a difference in the physicality at this level and some of the routine passing is not accurate enough.

It’s a great experience and they’re winning.
I’d like a little more from Gundo, who is good but not in it enough.
Him and Yaya should be setting up the youngsters.

I’m enjoying this though. Hope we grow into it more second half as we lost momentum at the end of the first.

Yaya has lost his legs and it looks like he is losing his heart as well. Silva would've looked after Foden and Diaz much better than Yaya has

Was glad to see the line-up right, got quite a few more important games coming up and this is the lowest of priorities, especially when we get dragged into the 2 game semi when another busy period starts. However, great to see the lads working so hard and playing with the same intent as the first team, they've done everything right so far.

Getting to the semi and giving these lads another shot would be my punt, but we'll see how it goes.

Agree with 2012 that Gundo and yaya need to provide more for the youngsters. Possibly Bernard as well.

That would depend on the draw Beefy. Couldn't see us with that many kids v the rags in a semi final

What the Fcuk are you watching ? Yaya lost his legs ... based on what ? it makes no sense what you write here.

Yaya has been fine along with all the others in midfield tonight. It's not on to write garbage , really , City are playing ok, for a 'shadow eleven.

Gundo is really controlling the midfield , we are 1-0 up and could be 2-0 up .

They are working hard Beefy. There’s a lot of energy in the young lads but the press looks a little less organised than we’d normally see.
I don’t know from my armchair whether that has anything to do with certain individuals not participating, but I suspect it might.

Well if that is what you call 'playing' , let them. We should beat them decidedly.

Gundog is having a great game. For someone of Yaya's experience, for me, he should be doing more

The exquisite nutmeg for the first goal counts for nothing then ?

Thought it was an entertaining half. Both Diaz and Foden need to come off around the 60 minutes mark, though. They are both blowing out their arses. This is a step up from the EDS physically.

Your watching a different game to me. Yaya is part of the reason he centre halves are so poor on the ball. We arent controlling the midfield at all.

There are positives dont get me wrong but we are an accident waiting to happen with centre halves and yaya.

It is a shadow 11 but we wre playing a shadow 11 too im not expecting us to thrash them and im enjoyingnthe game. I would enjoy it more if the centre halves didnt put us under so much pressure

And so should the other 10 , picking out yaya for no reason, makes no sense
