If it turned out they had filled a family in or really hurt someone, eg done something really shitty, then too right i'd turn em in. Aside from that, whats the problem with a bit of banter at the ground, a couple of flares, etc. Besides, there will be plenty of others who would be only to happy to turn them in, so saves me the hassle.
