Everyone is talking about Sanchez, but I would loathe our club to pay anything to gooners full stop
To me we need a striker that can score goals but offer us something we don’t have at the moment that is a tall striker who good with his feet but scores goals with his head. The park the bus teams know out team of midget strikers suffer in this area
So buy this type of striker and get Sanchez for free in the summer

That would be ace

Ermm he did say a few weeks back he'd come back and play for us for nothing![]()
Only City would be mad enough....

It's conceivable could be a good short term solution

For me he'd be the perfect signing, missing a character on the pitch at the minute. A few out with injuries I know. Would become a world beater under Pep.

I like your tactical thinking NB. Unsettling Dipper players (and Scum ones for that matter) is always a good policy aim to pursue.
However, would Salah be, what we like to term, a proper 'Pep player'; after all, his footballing education must have been somewhat stunted by his sojourn at Klanfied ??

Pace, can play across the front three, tracks back, knows where the goal is. These are qualities any manager would desire I'd have thought.

I think whoever we go for should be someone attainable and quickly.
We don’t want another Arsenal/Sanchez saga dragged out until the last day.
I’ve no suggestions who, but it’s important not to be screwed about like summer.

Oh I agree that Salah signing for us is fanciful thinking. But that's not to say we can't bid. You never know, if Countinho departs to sunnier climes a couple of their other players may also get itchy feet. No harm in pissing them fuckers off

I don't know about a world beater KS, but I'd love to see in what ways Pep could alter him and improve him as a player.
He'd certainly be a talismanic figure and a larger than life personality; I think my heart says I'd like to see him returning to the Club.
