Are you seriously suggesting spending £300M on three players, one of which is 31 years old? The sheikhs didn't become so rich by spending like a council estate lottery winner.
They have spent nigh on £250M since they took over and have flexed our financial muscles over recent months, just take a look at our squad now compared to how it looked 2 years ago.

Or last few months for that matter!

The administrator at Palace stated that no formal offers had been made, they have employed some football agents and they have told the administrator that there is a lot of interest in Moses (no shit sherlock!) and so he made the decision to prevent him from playing so that he could ensure that he was fit to be sold and help secure the clubs' future.

AJ is getting rave reviews at the moment, quite a few clubs sniffing round so that would be another good capture. Just what we need added to the squad, top quality, hungry young players

Mate forgot it. Brick wall and head bashing comes to mind.

The educated football fan understands the logic in this move.

The uneducated will say we need to buy the brazil national team.

Allegedly we had a £2 million bid for moses turned down this week, but he wants to go to arsenal.

Johnson bid would be over £5 Million

Out of the two i'd take Johnson over Moses anyways.

Johnson is a player for now. Moses is a player for the future.

6 Million for Johnson would be fair, i think. I've seen him several times and he's a future England player. Better than Downing or Young.

wolves had a £5 mill bid turned down, but there's no mention of our bid as yet.

CP holding out for 3-4 per the telegraph

Well I hope Palace get the max for Moses. Saw a montage of his goals and christ hes got ability but would be surprised if he signed for City. Johnson however is tailor made for us.

Great player. Would slot right in here.

If he is so fucking good why aint no1 else after him and why is he in division 1 like this other guy who i have never heard of from the main post?

You clearly know fuck all about football and young talent in this country. That or your on a wind up. Can't make out wether your a rag, a blue bin dipper or a gooner.

Your a dick, end of.
I'm a blue, have always been a blue, try n get to as many games as i can.
How do =i know fuck all about football?
Come on knob head?
Explain yourself?
What makes you so perfect in the knowledge of football?

maybe because you can't spell Adebayor, who is supposedly your favourite player.

Johnson & Moses look a class above in that division, and i'd be more than happy to see them at City, only problem being in that I'm not sure what signals that sends out to some of our own promising youngsters.

Just been lurking on a Boro fans site... Allegedly Benjani may be part of the deal.

That news was met with a mixed reception. But expect us to pay between 6-10 mill from what they reckon

Even at 10 million, I'd be happy. Johnson has a big future in the game.

Ha ha good lurking Manx but cant see Benji shifting his ass quick to go up there! although if the deal was struck now he might make it in time the 31st! Boro have to be real about this though. Strachan has brought 3-4 players in so it figures he has to let one go, and if Johnson goes he maybe can bring another couple of Celtic players in, sorry, players in. Anyway, night all!, so happy about the fucking result. sweet revenge dreams....

Quite like Johnson and think it would be a good signing.

Makes you wonder who is making the signings though. I doubt very much Mancini knows to much about him.
