unless Brazil reaches the final/3rd-4th place match i see no reason why Ederson shouldnt start the first match and maybe even the community shield. the worst he'll have of it is jet lag.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

How long do our players get off after their WC finishes?

Usually 3-4 weeks. It depends on the individual though, some players like to Instagram for 4 weeks on a yacht, whilst others like to get back early and nail down their positions.

assuming the WC quarter finalists are still on their jollies - team for the Community Shield ?

Oh boy thats an awful defense

I take back what I said about fielding a decent side in the Community Shield - Bernardo certainly can't act as a wing back. Sane should be able to do the role but has been awful when tried as a wing back in the past.

Well I suppose either our boys from Brazil or those from Belgium will be starting their hols after today so Ederson/Danilo/Fern/Jesus or Vinny/Kevin would be available for the CF Final if fit. I fancy Mendy might join them but hopefully no more will be in contention after tomorrow's game ;)

Yours truly is on the 93:20 pod for the England-Sweden preview. Have't listened myself yet. probably gonna hate hearing my own voice.
Sorry for not mentioning the name of the forum. I realised I was talking too much and sort of blanked.

I had a glass of wine too many on Tuesday and just messaged Ahsan on Twitter that I'd be glad to help out if they needed a Swedish PoV before the game, and to my surprise he thought it was a good idea.

A freelance tv company contacted me via twitter last season , they wanted a live 20 minute interview with me outside the Etihad before our fixture with Bighton . I asked them how much they replied they don't pay fans for filmed interviews , I said no thanks ! It was a german company but the film crew were from the midlands UK .
Not really here

You can chuck bricks and bottles through coach windows for a third of the price, with a guarantee of no arrests thrown in.
