In the short term, yes, but I feel Liverpool are more of a threat for the title this season and need to drop more points in games like this.

Top of the league, once again.
Next week? Can't exactly say I feel terribly confident.

Great result for us, after this, providing we get something from Klanfield next Sunday, I'll be quite confident we'll retain the title. I have no idea what the scum bin dippers are celebrating for, its a fucking draw, you're second in the table? So much for being unstoppable!!!

Much rather a draw than a win for either side. Two points out there instead of three. Very happy with this.

My thoughts exactly. I dont think Chelsea will hold up on the season. Their squad isn't that good. David Luiz is a starting CB in a back 4 for god's sake.

Liverpool are all about momentum, if they can have a small wobble in the chumps league we will be in good shape for the game between us. I fucking hate the scouse cunts more than anyone so hope it's a horrid deflection off one of their defenders bollocks in the 91st minute to grab the points just to watch that clown of a manager gurning with spit dribbling down his chin like he's had some sort of stroke.

All I heard on the radio was Rag blah, blah this, Pellets not beat Maureen in 4 blah, blah that, it was fucking sickening.
Glad I stuck with my conviction and went with 2-1 Hammers.
Oh what a wonderful day

Give it to Keano. PLEASE.

We should get Ryan Sessegnon, his style would be perfect under Pep.

After a perfect day yesterday is anybody bothering with what Sky are dishing out today with Cardiff v Burnley?
It's like going to a fine dining restaurant and getting the best main ever followed by a serving of gruel for dessert.

as i said earlier in this thread, sky have put all their eggs in the ryder cup basket today. why would they want to put a decent game on just as the singles are finishing in the golf?

Spot on. It's next to impossible to avoid all this Ryder Cup bullshit in the media.

Also noticed that Sky have put a lot into the games preceding/following the CL games that are coming up, ensuring the PL brand isn't usurped by UEFA.

Burnley win 2-1 at Cardiff to record back to back PL victories. Early days, but it’s looking very grim for Cardiff. Be truly astounded if they survive

scum struggling again, even with tons of help from the ref
also - there should just be an "other games thread" that doesn't have time limits on it. Stupid to keep posting new threads when they all cover the same topic
