Considering the heavy metal freak HAS TO WIN SOMETHING this season this is a pretty pathetic effort to be fair .

saved by the 1/2 time whistle. That has to be worrying as a dipper how crap your team got when a few key players are missing. Doesn't speak well for the 2nd half of the season

I'm torn. Would be lovely to see the invincibles beaten again. On the other hand, the more games they play, the better.
I want them to lose every chance they get. The hit to their confidence is worth them not playing as many games
You and me are in the same camp Bigblue.
Always want them to lose. The more they lose the lower their confidence goes. I don’t subscribe to the theory of the more games they play the more tired they will get. None of their main boys are playing tonight so a dipper win isn’t going to exert them too much

Hope so. Because when the grinning fucker drops the basket it’s omelet time. In April.

It would be hilarious if Klopp sacrifices all other competitions in order to win the Premium and ends up trophyless.

Klopp is an emotional guy who relies on giving his team confidence. He is also terrible under pressure (see almost every cup final he's been in). Losing is the best thing that can happen to them. Especially a few losses in a row that add a bit of pressure.

And they've been on a massive good luck streak. While townsend was hitting the top corner form 35 years vs us, Pickford was throwing the ball into his own net. That doesn't last for the whole season.

If they are still involved in three competitions then they will be playing two games per week. If any of their superstars get even a minor knock there's little recovery time so a strong possibility of missing games and having to play the pile of shite they've got out tonight. They have already lost Lovren tonight and have replaced him with a 16 year old. Their squad isn't good enough.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

You can tell Jena's is angry with this game but instead of stating that Klopp is disrespecting the cup, you know, like they do with us, he states that Klopp is not taking the cup seriously.
Amazing how narratives are set.

This. Let them draw today and have a replay and get through and then get out.
Also they need a major injury, similar to the one KDB had. Let's not forget Salah, Firmino and Mane did not have that for almost a season a half now (except the UCL final).
