Never sick of the sight of the whinging cunt, you know he's lost if he's at it.

Burnley will field reserves, no doubt about it. They are in a relegation dogfight that’s for certain and they will not want further games to hinder their chances of survival. A cracking draw

Couldn't agree more. The last thing you want is a team from the second string with nothing else at stake and some hard man looking to make a name for himself.
I fancy Arse to beat the scum but Spuds/Palace is anyone's guess.

Klopp is a genius. He has worked out how not to lose cup finals.
Just don’t appear in them

I believe they’re not bothered about going out, but one wobble in the PL is going to bring a whole heap of pressure on them, worse than 2014, particularly if they mess up in Europe too.
It’s still theirs to lose but I’m not convinced that clearing the decks for the PL has more benefits than drawbacks.
It could backfire spectacularly.

Yep
If you're going to take that line you have to win.

Funny how one loss can suddenly give you such a negative mind set. You can be sure they’d have lined up stronger if they have got anything from the Etihad. Hopefully this negative frame of mind will effect them when games aren’t going to plan in the coming weeks.

Reading between the lines it was a bit of a mammoth effort that game.
Plus we kicked the shit out of them!

All their reserves are like most of the first team - large, raw and dangerous to health.

Ramps up the pressure even more now. Fewer games yes but no cup win to fall back on. He's just put all his eggs into the two comps that are hardest to win.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.
