KDB and Silva are "world class". You think he's on par with them?

It seems to me Pep likes to make sure mainstays in the first team get some game time almost every game, unless they are in clear need of a rest.

It's that old mantra that if you sit you can lose your mojo. He didn't play last game and figure good to get him going a bit and then likely to start the next match.

I know most of us want to see Foden.

Thing is, isn't this exactly the situation many fans complain is where we have to see him play, rather than when the game is more in the balance?

I don't hate him, just never understood what he had to improve us as a squad and i doubt there is one person here would say he's improved us since his arrival.

World class he most definitely isn't, I think he'd benefit by returning to a little pond as currently he's struggling in the big pond..

The season Leicester won the league he was.

He's shown signs. I'm not saying he's on their level, but he has the tools to get close.

Just to put things in to perspective, Bony looked decent for that one season as well...

And bones wasn't riding off the coattails of a team doing well.

I do think he's provided good competition to Sané and Sterling, forcing them to up their game. Having a former Premier League player of the year breathing down your neck rather than an untried 18 year old provides more pressure to preform.

Ummm...no

Bony is no where near the same level of quality of Mahrez, and Mahrez has had more than 1 good season, so stop it.

Y'all a bunch of haters, as we say, but that's all good, we shall see ;)

28 goals without conceding in our last six games so far, according to Bein.

Someone who’s good with stats should look up how many minutes Mahrez has played that his performances haven’t warranted.

My impression is, for a new player he has got more minutes than most without really earning them.

And he’s not world class, despite getting player of the year.

Still hope he comes good though as he would be an expensive flop.
