Quite a few teams who you could say could win it have hone/are going out. Dippers, Arsenal and possibly Spurs out of the top 6 already on their way.
No wonder we're 2/1 to win it, with Rags 2nd at 7/2.
Saying that, this isn't a given, the refs giving Spurs every chance.
Got every chance for a domestic treble this year

Fucking deserved you Spud cunts! When Spurs got a VAR penalty against Chelsea the ref went back and reviewed the offside yet today he completely fucked off the thought of Dier interferring with play as Palace headed it away.
Perfect example of how VAR can be manipulated.

Personally can't see us winning the CL. Would be great but I think it's a step too far. But the domestic trophies are well within our capability

U'm sort of the opposite, mate. With the G14 in a transitional state I think we're in a great position to take advantage but the FA Cup will hinder our progress. Would a domestic treble trump a CL one?

A single CL would trump everything else for a lot of people and I suspect our management team would take that. Me personally, a domestic treble would trump a single CL as that’s never been done. But CL and one other pot would beat that I reckon.
But either way, what a great position to be in!

Retaining the PL would be enough for me.
Especially making up a 4 point deficit on the Scouse who have thrown everything into the PL basket.
It would kill them.

As it goes so would I.
But the point was we probably won’t get as good a chance to win the two domestic cups, LC and FA, for a while with the calibration of sides falling by the wayside so soon

Penalty awarded to Sheffield. Gone to VAR and has been overturned. Wasn’t a penalty for my money, the defender got the ball

Now Chelsea go up the field and get one of their own. Definite penalty this one. Surprised Higuain not taking it

This is where the regulations need to be overalled. When we changed the rules to any foul in the box it was because it was difficult to say if the player had a chance for scoring. Penalties are now given even if they kick the ball into touch, which it shouldn't be.
If we are using retrospective decisions, why shouldn't it be a foul/freekick anywhere on the field?

It was a penalty as far as I’m concerned.
Find it hard to see Sheffield getting anything from this.

Hudson Odoi doing a great impression of Navas on the right wing.
Don’t think he’s put one cross past the first man yet.
