I will say that if they don't improve soon I could see Foden getting a start over one of them soon.

KDB is coming back from a pretty serious injury and needs time to get back. Silva's age might be what is beginning to show.

Could also see the other suggestion of Sane and Sterling and Bernardo replacing Silva (my pick, due to greatly likelihood he will improve with more game time).
