Mate , who knows...even Pep didn't know where he was a few weeks ago.

That was simply a joke he played on his Uber driver. He changed the location on his phone to make it look like he was in Hong Kong. There was some musician over here that was on probation that had to go to court over doing something similar. The judge thought he violated his probation by traveling out the country. He just changed his location for every pic he posted, sometimes minutes apart.
