You actually believe Pep? He is always going to build up his team and players to the press.
I dont believe a single thing he's said about Foden. Actions speak louder than words.

Pep won't play the kids (including Foden). Hell, he talked about Garcia and that other kid after Stones got injured but do you actually think either of them will play in the league? Nope. Only cups. League will be all Fernandinho at CB. Foden wont play over Silva, Bernardo, Gundogan, or KDB in meaningful matches.
