No yellow card for Lingard when in a similar incident to Chambers who was carded?

RatBoy seems happy tonight, unlike at our game.

The rain was the only positive.

On another note, I didn't get that just then. Saka gets his shirt pulled by Young and complains to the ref whilst play goes on. He then carries on to chase the ball down and as he gets close to McTominay the ref blows, has a word with Saka and then gives a freekick to the Rags. Unless I've lost my understanding of football I cannot see how the ref can give a freekick. If anything it should've been for Saka.

both of these teams are terrible

our defense is not at 100%, but compared to these 2 we look like a 90's Italian team

it's like both of them have never practiced together before, especially the rags

The scum score and they show the goal 50 times, forgetting that it’s only one

I'd still have the Gunners to win 2-1, Rags really are that poor. Having to play like the away team, only getting real chances by hitting teams on the break (or, should I say 'On a break'), does not make a decent team. In fact, that's the tactics of a Newcastle team.

As poor on quality as the PL is likely to see all season. Burnley v Palace wouldn’t be any worse.

That's interesting, Sky have a direct feed to the decisions being made. How does that fucking work, are they helping VAR come to decisions?

Sky are giving the decisions most probably mate, not receiving them.

Should've been a corner. RatBoy sees it, goes to say it but then stops himself.

This game is a real eye opener in terms of how the game is manipulated by the media and how the officials could still have an impact on the outcome.

Simple. To try and halt the play. If the ref blows then the goal is disallowed. Luckily he was a millisecond late.

it was a corner
he stopped himself blaming saka for an awful miss - which it wasn’t really (for an 18 year old)

I'm actually thinking that and was one of the things I joked about prior to implementation.

We now know that Sky have a direct feed to the VAR, we make our own conclusions.
