Sorry, my bad. AC and Inter announced this year that they will build a new one together, but it won't be done until 2022-2023. And San Siro will not be torn down until after the Olympics in 2026 at the earliest.

It is. But the two clubs want their own, and it'll probably be too expensive for the City to keep it without their two biggest tennants.
