The 2 most likley penalties were the first hand ball and the push on Sterling when running through them. Just clear and in the middle of the back. Even the commentator said he was pushed but added not enough for a penalty. At the speed Raz was running it was plenty!!
The 2nd handball against TAA was never a pen in a million years imo. Just too close for him to move his arm which was by his side. The first one , he had time and his arm wasnt really by his side
