It appears Arsenal have identified Arteta as the man they want to be their next manager
If that is to be the case, should we be pleased for him to get a good gig as a number one, albeit at a rival club to ourselves? Or are we a little disappointed he wouldn't then be the man to take over from Pep when he calls it a day.
I think a continuation of promotion from within, not dissimilar to the dippers fabled boot room of the 70s and 80s, would be a great thing to get going myself.

I think we will soon see through our upcoming performances if he has been a loss or not.
He is supposedly fundamental in our set plays and overall coaching. Id say good luck to him as no one wants to be a number 2 for too long.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Fundamental to our set-pieces? Reason enough to sack him then then because we are dreadful at them.
He has got no connection to City and nor should he have after just two and a bit years as coach. He gets paid to do a job and if he thinks he sees a better one, he can leave.
Incidentally he looks like a Thunderbird puppet.

Just get rid whether he goes to Arsenal or not. City are apparently pissed off he's met with Arsenal without us knowing.
He's only been doing the assistant role for just over a year. It was the other guy that went out NYC originally and he's back available now.
Plus he dyes his hair.

Not ideal, not usual for Pep to lose a number 2 during the season to my knowledge. Also cannot see our big blue machine being happy with this situation. Big mistake by Arteta IMO. Maybe he knows he iis not next in line whenever that is, so let’s see Thursday morning, bring Zabba or Vinny back winner winner Turkey dinner.

How's Vinny getting on? Last I heard he wasn't their manager anymore but was. Confusion!

I know. I mean because they announced him as their manager. Then they said he wasn't (because FIFA was it that said he didn't have the correct licenses?) But then he was again

After Pep, I think we need to be ahead of the game, we have seen the meltdowns at the scum and Arsenal. I honestly think plan now or slip back. After pep is gonna be tough enough mate.

I think he is a poor manager, not ready for the big game yet.
He was clueless vs Lyon last year and I think he is not fit to become a epl manager yet.
So he can fuck off, never liked him to be honest

Is he really ready to take such a job?

This.
Showed a lack of loyalty in meeting Arse reps without permission. Probably wants to get back to London.
Looked like a rabbit in the headlights at Lyon,

If he’s meeting in secret he needs to go to be honest. Whether he gets it or not.
Tracking back is overrated.

Probably not - it’s a bloody stupid move by arsenal, at least Lampard and solksjar have actually been managers are a club before

Domenec Torrent he doesn’t want to be an assistant again and he’s been contacted by a few MLS teams. Personally I don’t think he’s going to stay over here. Like most people that come over to MLS they hate the travel.

I have this vision of him standing inert on the touchline whilst Lyon (?) pissed all over us with Pep in the stands.
Not sure he'll be too great a loss tbh

If he has any balls the first thing he will have to do is get rid of ozil that coward is a cancer in any squad.
Then he can start on the rest of them.
Big task. Failure guaranteed. It's only arsenal, to me in the greater scheme of things they are incidental.

There is something about him just doesn't make him a first team coach calibre, or I should say a successful one. To be honest I'm not bothered he's left.
There is talk of bringing Alonso to replace him, Id love that just to rub it down the vermins.
