Its clear that Jotta edges his shoulder in to make contact with Ederson.
Isn't that exactly the kind of thing VAR was supposed to be checking for?

Ederson HAD to get the ball when he chose to come charging out. He didn't and regardless of whether he could not avoid the collision, he was going to have to go. Not the first time he has done this recently, we had an extra chumps league game to play because of a similar fuck up in Milan. Don't doubt his ability but his decision making needs to improve. Bravo is wank and the whole team knows it and our natural game then falls apart as we cannot go back and across with that goon in the net

Our players aren't smart enough. Our back line lacks pace and has already been caught out numerous times this season so why they were up near halfway is baffling. We are vulnerable to set piece situations and yet we constantly give away free kicks in dangerous areas. Walker, Otamendi and Sterling all guilty of it in the second half and what Mendy did with 7 1/2 minutes left is unforgivable.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

The players are playing the way Pep wants them to play. Pep has one system which he utilises regardless of the personnel & with that comes the high line & press. When everyone is available, we can take anyone on & make most look absolute shite. Right now, we are suffering because of his stubbornness & that is not going away any time soon

I was out with family last night so missed the game. Got home, read reports and forum thread. Wow what a fucking mess we are making for ourselves, everybody and his wife know our weakness but pep appears to do fuck all about it, this feels like old City, the way we fucked up last night beggars belief. It gets worse, we have that fucking idiot in goal for three games, only two in league thank fuck. You can bet Sheffield will target our mess of a defence, Bravo in goal ffs it like being a goal down from kick off, ah well could be worse, look at rags that will cheer us up

You don't see it clearly in that clip because a caption box comes up but Ederson's leg also catches the Wolves players leg. When I first saw the incident I thought the Wolves boy had went into Ederson but from the other angle it is clear that Ederson catches his leg too.

Otto was going last season.

Pep had no intention of building around him this season. As for Stones, what has happened to him ?

Dark tired eyes are not a sign of a healthy footballer.

The league is bent. Watch Wolves get drawn over the coals by the refs and weird decisions on Sunday.

Again , Ottos should not be in this team he hasn't got the heart for it.

I do indeed recall us looking to sell last summer, but because we didn't get Maguire or anyone else, nor did we want to sell him on the cheap to Valencia (where we heard he wanted to return), we had to keep him around.

There was some hope he'd return to form from the Centurions season, but he clearly has not.

Not necessary. That's what VAR is for , in reviewing all goals. But wait, did we get a review ?

And that’s the issue with VAR in the EPL. It’s selectively applied, but nobody in the media questions that. No media business is going to risk falling out with the EPL for fear of falling off the gravy train.

Nobody in the media questions it because there is a deep reluctance to accept the City owners . If the rags , scouse, Arse, Chelski , Villa, Spuds , Hammers owners had bought into City , there would be no city witch hunting.
