Agreed

We are so bloody slow in build up okay when Rodri and Gundo both play. Would love to know win percentage when they have played together. Probably prove me wrong and it’s actually ok ha

I said exactly the same v rags, that pair do not work, it reminds me of Fernando and Fernandinho under Pellegrini, that did not work and neither does this.

Why not give those fellas a chance and see if they are fit to play here. Why use this weird experiments then spend money in the summer and end up with mediocre players like Rodri?

Spot on mate.
If I were Garcia and Foden I’d be looking elsewhere. As mentioned before this is the perfect time to give them game time now the league has gone, yet we just will not play them. Very confusing, feel for the lads

They don't need to prove themselves, they did that, they need game time to establish themselves not prove they can play, we all know they can play at this level. What a depressing line up

They need to prove themselves they are a solid option in big games like today.
I swear, our club looked like a nuthouse this year and I think it is all because of Pep.

Underwhelming line-up. However, I hope we absolutely murder them. Mostly because I don't think I can stomach 90 minutes of triumphant I-told-you-so-ism and Pep-bashing from Carl and NT.

Rodri and Gundogan in midfield often leads to slow build up play. Coupled with a massively out of form Sterling, I’m not sure how much of an attacking force we will be.

Hopefully they prove us wrong.

Disappointing that Garcia is not starting again. A season like this with lots of defensive injuries and shite play from Stones and Otamendi, it’s the perfect chance to give Garcia an extended run in the side.

Sorry but everybody's hero Foden certainly does. Dire the other day. I hope he makes it and isn't another in a very long line of youngsters massively overhyped by expectant, and on occasion plain blind, fans

I would agree with Mr Tackle that the league is gone. So maybe he should indeed have another chance today and not in the cups?
