Off to bed, so an easy one - oldest player to appear in the premiership?

John Burridge!

Edit: Just checked and wiki tells me that Budgie played for 29 clubs (including 15 league clubs) which is another record he holds. I think I was at the game where he set the oldest prem player record although its tough to remember as I was 9.

I think they missed the UEFA when Sweden beat us in the fair play league. I think the correct answer is Nigel Martyn

If it's a player rather than a team Steve Finnan might be a good shout.

I knew he's come right up through the leagues but I've a feeling that he might have missed one of the top four divisions when he moved to Pompey (either L1 or the Championship). I think Dion Dublin might be a good shout. Conference and League 2 with Cambridge (or was it Oxford?); Prem with Scummers, Coventry, Villa; Champions League and Uefa Cup with Celtic; Championship and League 1 with Norwich (?)

Maybe not, but he's one of those players who shot up through the league and then went slowly back down through them as he got older.

Steve Harper is a common answer for this - Gateshead, Stockport, Huddersfield, Hartlepool, Bradford and Newcastle, but he never actually played for Stockport while he was on loan to them

Good coz I was ready to have another guess with Colin Kazim-Richards. He must've come close, right? I think he'll have done them all except for maybe the Conference and the Champs League. Anyway.....

Name all [edit : EIGHT]towns or cities in THE FOUR PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH DIVISIONS that could feasibly host a SAME-CITY derby.
