***Madrid v City CL Official Match Thread***

[nottsblue]

So the team news is in.

It doesn’t make for pleasant reading. Be lucky to get a result tonight. Just hope we are still in the tie and have it to play for at the Etihad

[city72]

How the fuck can Jesus start ahead of Kun

[brite blu sky]

its Pep's defensive minded set up

never works

tighten yer seatbelts

[ruralblue]

What the actual fuck? Hope pep has done the usual thing of making us all question this line up for us to go and beat them.

Here's hoping.

[london blue 2]

Why always over thinking

[Bear60]

[brite blu sky]

its not overthinking, it is his 'defensive' set up we have seen it before, which is bollox as we are only any good when we attack.

[sheblue]

If we weren't up against it already.
Bonkers team.
3 years in a row now, fucking stupid teams.

[ruralblue]

Listen to this. They've even gone to the lengths of ceasing using peps voice in order to protect the public's ears. Thought i was tripping in the bath listening to that.

[Beefymcfc]

Where’s the team you lazy git’s

[Nick]

Ederson. Walker, Laporte, Otamendi, Mendy, Rodrigo, Gundogan, Mahrez, De Bruyne (C), Bernardo, Jesus

[Sideshow Bob]

FUNKING GUNDO!!! ARE U FUCKING KIDDING ME, PEP??

[Mase]

He does this on Sunday and I’ll kill him.

[PaulieIrish]

What a game to pick to give Fern a rest...

[nottsblue]

Maybe UEFA have had a quiet word and said they’ll drop the charges if we throw this tie. Unbelievable teamsheet

[Nigels Tackle]

not sure if i can be arsed to watch
we all know what will happen
might as well bump the finishing thread now and start new ones for mendy and dungo who are guaranteed to be shit

[london blue 2]

Gundo is slow and can’t tackle for shit so this scares me. If you wanted to be super defensive why not fern?

[Harry Dowd scored]

How many times have I posted, Gundogan and Rodri it does not work. Nevertheless come on City

[Crossie]

Let’s experiment with a defensive set up and decide now is the time to drop Fernandinho and Aguero. He came to City to win the champions league and he puts out that team.

Every City fan knows we play to win, we don’t do well when we try to defend.
