Phenomenal tonight!

We were long overdue a big CL performance and this is a great statement of intent.

Enjoy that UEFA!

As good as we dared dream I’d suggest.

Superb game management even after the manner we went behind. Only half time but I haven’t seen anything from Madrid to suggest they’ll turn it around in the second leg

Want to make a confession to you lot.
This night's win in most of all mine.

At the end of the final with Watford, I've put my City shirt into the closet and left it there this season. Tonight, for the first time this season, i've put it on.

Don't need to thank me.

I think UEFA should be applauded for allowing the officials to be honest, such a refreshing refereeing spectacle. It’s the cartel cunts who are doing us over, as Soriano mentioned.

He did what was needed. And it was a foul to be fair. Never understand why we don’t buy more fouls for free kicks just outside the box

This has been one of the worst RM performances I have seen for years - they were shocking.

If PeP had used Jesus as a forward from the off we might have battered them tonight.

Fernandhino coming on changed things around (Due to Laportes injury) and Sterling coming on changed the game completely.

Don't worry, I won't after all the negative crap you came out with earlier tonight.

I think they didn't DARE try and cheat tonight as they know the fallout if there were any dodgy calls made.

That's my take on it as well. The world is watching.
I'm worried that they're saving it all for the home leg, though.

What a proper performance. All played their part barring one brain fart. Pep spot on and I guess we should all shut the fuck up.

Even the fucking ref was good. What has changed?

Unless we implode I can’t see Madrid turning us over by 2 goals

Exactly.
For once we got a straight ref and VAR because the spotlight was on them.

Imagine if we had that every week.
