Yes, I have seen October reported. He said there will be trials in the meantime which presumably will define the final rules. Of course, not every fan may want to go back then and much could change in the next two and and half months.

Since the league starts on 12 September there will be at least a few matches behind closed doors, we wont know which until the fixtures are announced. I haven't seen a date for that but it can't be before the Championship play off final on 4th August.

This seems to be the likely schedule if all goes well:

27th July - Transfer window opens
Early August - PL fixtures announced
12th September - PL starts
1st (?) October - some fans allowed in stadia
5th October - Transfer window closes

Still I find this really stupid when the number in Europe are going really up.
Barcelona is going in another lockdown.

Getting this back to normal is based on the fact you need people to actually respect the rules. Say that tot the scouse cunts.
It is not going to happen. And if this goes back and the numbers are the same as now, it will be terrible.

Add to that:
8th October - England v. Wales at Wembley (behind closed doors) - announced yesterday

It doesn't make sense that an international friendly with another Home Nation is behind closed doors if fans are partially allowed back. However, nothing's been announced with regard to attendances for the Nations League games that are scheduled at Wembley for 11 & 14 October...
