Had some wild days in and around Elland road in the 80s . Seriously not for the faint hearted back in the day , proper numb cunts but they could scrap and play dirty on and off the pitch . Was queuing up at the away fans turnstiles at Elland Road with hundreds of city fans when Leeds “fans” did a cavalry charge at us from the playing fields behind us absolute fucking carnage , also got bricked form a bridge at Elland road and also remember Wild West scenes in the platt lane at Maine Road when Leeds “visited’ . They were just before my time . i reckon either the forest team that won the league and European cup or the Everton 80s team before their cross city rivals got us all banned were the best non city team for me. That was before the bent decisions started
