Their two best chances came from Gomez. 12 minutes in he fails to stop the cross and they would have scored if not for Ortega. 62 minutes in he gets nutmegged and turned (school boy stuff) and they have a great chance that Ortega again saves.

Ziyech is a tricky customer, Sergio is not the first top level fullback he's had on toast a couple of times.

Ortega’s performance makes me concerned that he’ll be hard to hang onto. Tremendous to have such a good goalkeeper as a reserve for now though.

Ederson saved us against Leicester the other week. Ortega wasn’t great against Sevilla.

Players can have good games and bad games. The traffic cone Bravo used to play well in these cup games. Willy played well in them too. It didn’t mean that they ousted the number 1 at the time.

Jack had a very good game. But I've always thought his signing was more than about a pricey player.

The whole Jack aura , everyone likes him, women like him, people who know fuck all like him, except Rags.
