Doubts on Cucurella now as Brighton are offering him a new contract. Up to him if he wants to come though I guess.

Again , i only saw twitter notification from City Xtra or we love Man City (or even both).

Saying he was in Barcelona this morning at the preferred doctors for his medical (same one Erling went to).

I am only occasionaly looking at phone as im either in or by the pool or in the see.

I sea what you did there 8-)

How have Barca got €58m to spend?! They can’t register their new signings because they need to get €144m off the wage bill. What the hell is going on?!

Also one of the reasons de jong won't leave Farca as he took a wage drop like most during Covid. And wants the dosh back. Mind, the main reason is that he doesn't want to play for the tedshit...

Barca are mortgaging their future. They won't be around in 10 yes time at this rate. Shambles of a club, debt ridden and getting into more debt but longer term. Selling off % of TV rights for transfer window money. Mental short term vision

Laporte -

“I STILL HAVE THREE VEARS LEFT ON MY CONTRACT AT CITY, IM HAPPY AND THE CLUB IS HAPPY WITH ME TOO. I PLAYED A LOT OF MINUTES, MORE THAN ANY OTHER CENTRE-BACK IM VERY HAPPY THAT THE COACH AND CITY TRUSTS ME SO WHY NOT CONTINUE LONGER?"

Top man.

Maybe they know something about the possible resurrection of the ESL? Perhaps they are anticipating a huge and fresh new income stream becoming available in the short term?

The people running barcelona are behaving like Japanese politicians. They are all so old that they only need to think about their own short-term future. Why should they care about ten years down the line when they are going to be dead anyway? They leave it all for those after them to sort out and care for nothing except feathering their own nest while they can.

Utterly despicable.

Delay’s clearly on his way either on loan or sale and option to buy. With Haaland and Alvarez coming in he wouldn’t get enough minutes if he stayed in the first team squad and he’s clearly outgrown the EDS.

Makes sense to go out on loan and see if he can cut it. These buy backs are pointless unless the player actually wants to come back. They say no and they’re free to move to another club.

I agree but think Delap & McAtee will be probably be sold unfortunately albeit with possible buy back clauses.
