Many City fans share this view of Torres, he's a bit of the short side I suppose but he's a regular in the Spanish national team - then again so was Eric for a whiles1ty m wrote:Torres is pure shite. Worrying move.

I’m assuming we also speak to the player before agreeing a fee? Otherwise surely we’d be kicking off about it?

Could view it like this:
Haaland for Jesus - stronger
Phillips for Fern - stronger
Ortega for Steffan - stronger
Alvarez for Sterling - weaker (assumption as I don't know the first thing about Alvarez)
- stronger if Palmer can get motoring
Defense is a worry:
? to fill the hole at LB (Cucurella?) - disaster waiting to happen if we don't get a top LB in
? for Ake - I understand why he wants to go to Newcastle but without a replacement we are threadbare)
? for Zinch - has to be blocked if we don't get a LB in and even if we do we need a replacement here.

I think the club sorts these things ages ago.
Our left back Kabore is interesting. More or less player of the African Nations. We've turned down 17M and there's talk of him being loaned to Southampton.
Maybe we'll play him ourselves preferably with Cucharella

Who is he? He’s never been mentioned before and is 21 already.
