I didn't know that and on googling it wasn't widely reported, skysports had an article stating it was on loan.

They didn’t report it much at the time because it’s a positive about the club and Mansour. The fact he’s also paid millions to regenerate most of the area around the stadium isn’t widely reported either.

What's the deal with this fella?
Besides he looks like Klippy, why is he so popular? I follow Talkshite on social media, 3 out of 5 articles are: "Simon Jordan's take on this and Simon Jordan's take on that".
Jordan is a big mate of Levy. He's a key cheerleader for the anti-arab propaganda created by US (usually Jewish owned) cartel clubs via their US owned media partners like SKY (TS) , CNN, ESPN and reinforced by BBC shills - importantly their ex Sky Chief Sports Editor Dan Roan alongside the numerous devoted rag reporters like Simon Stone he controls. BT follow the same anti-City agenda as SKY & BBC with Jake the snake Humphrey in the lead and often using the same pundits such as Martin "can we still mention financial doping" Keown.

What's his name that haggis rehab English hater co presenter? he suggested why can't British clubs have owners like Simon Jordan whom care about British football heritage and serve in their best interest! I nearly choked with laughter, yes let's dump Mansour and replace him with someone in Simon's ilk, we won't mind if he takes us down 3 divisions as look as he look right, sounds right. Any chance of a loose Russian ballistic missile heading towards talkshit studio??

It's been in the media, I think last week. The airport's excuse was that they didn't expect such high numbers straight after Covid restrictions were lifted.
Reading between the lines, they've fucked up, and it doesn't look to be getting any better anytime soon.

They more than halved the security workforce during the pandemic and have spectacularly failed to re-recruit. Management a shambles - CEO called out on local TV the other night - queues through the car parks for weeks now.

In fairness to them, they only said that so they could put in the punchline about "literally buying the FA cup"
I didn't think it was malicious, just meant to be humorous..

The airport boss Karen Smart when wheeled out on the local TV news didn't seem to think it was much of a problem that passengers will continue be standing for up to 6 hours in queues stretching to car parks outside the terminals for another month at least. Staggering complacency to be added to incompetence. Their reputation has nose dived as a result of this fiasco.

Klopp said 8 weeks? That Dipper medical team are useless, always making bad judgement calls :(
Keep playing that high defensive line guys and it will not matter who plays. Kev will hit the runners and we tear them a new arsehole. Simples.

I think there is little doubt about that.
Their big players rarely get niggly injuries that keep them sidelined despite playing most matches and running around at 100 mph.
In any sport whenever you read about fitness gurus and their specialized tailored training methods that keep sports people fit, extra sharp and decrease recovery times, it is usually a cover for some form of doping.
The Dipper squad have something like three times the national average for asthma sufferers.
So the Dipper asthma sufferers can play more often, run further and have fewer injuries than their opponents just by following Klopp's specialized guru's training methods?
Enough said.

This amused me.

A double whammy, as it would piss off the rags mightily, and Carl wouldn't need to change his baldie tag.

Probably the latter.
City seem to be making a habit of it, and it's not just Fred.
I believe they did the same with Pogba, Sanchez, Ladyboy and Slabhead.
The best bit is that the rags never learn.

To be fair to them thay have learnt how to become a joke club.

I can think of 3 reasons here that depend on what City think of Haag
1. City think that Haag might decide to go to the rags and are throwing a curve ball to upset that and make him rethink.
2. City already know Haag has rejected the rags and are just rubbing it in and takng the piss.
3. City have determined that Haag is definately not good enough anyway and are playing the rags into quickly signing him up
