Having offensive fullbacks is one of the keys of his entire system. Remember when he came that was his first direction. He kept Zaba because he was a legend, but he needed fellas with pace.
It's not his fault that our best option is a lump of shit, agree, however, why we never seem to sort this out and often try patches like Zinch and this year Cancelo.
Esbrand was delicious in his cameo, he is surrounded by the best group of today's football. It's impossible to fail if you are focused on football and not fucking around.

Im a big fan of playing players in their positions regardless of age. The talented youngsters train with the first team every day. Whilst there is an undoubted step up in class between training and match play, if they are good enough they should play or what is the point of having them around? Idont buy into if we play them and they drop a bollock, it will harm them long term. The same is true if they play a blinder. Ultimately Pep does not trust them and thinks playing midfielders back there is the way to go. It isn't so get it sorted this window

We are known for having one of the best EDS systems in England, so not trusting them is odd.
What it will happen? Will Khaldoon come and say fuck off, we want to spend 50 mil for a player, not use our own, you are sacked?
He receives reports, he knows them, why on earth wouldn't he try them?
But then you look that he played Garcia, who, by chance, is catalan.
It's really impossible to defend him with some things and that includes he is a checkbook manager.
I don't like it, but has legs.

Very good. Important not to forget.

You are right, it is speculation. We will never know.

That is the argument that was used re Phil and Sancho.
Look at both now, who got the call right? .

Financially speaking , Sancho got it spot on .

That’s what I thought at the time. Mahrez did absolutely nothing the entire match and should have been subbed. The penalty would have been taken by KDB and he would have nailed it.
Pep’s decision making comes back to bite him again.

It is unfortunately. And like the officiating, it's not a level playing field.
Let's take our very own fans perception of what will happen between now and Sunday...
It is a given that Liverpool will win tonight. It is a given that they will win on Sunday.
Some are near full meltdown and seem to see our chances of winning on Sunday as a roll of the dice or 50/50.
That's what the media can do. That's how powerful they are.
And if any wants any evidence that this works, all they need to do is read some of the posts on here over the last couple of days.
Can someone check the form table over the last 6 matches for points and goals scored because I don't think the general consensus matches up?
