Everything he touches at the moment seems to fly into the back of the net. His goal against Wolves at the weekend was a mishit, and much was made of his finish against Borussia Dortmund in midweek; some even dared to compare it to Johan Cruyff's goal against Brazil in 1974. It wasn't in the same class, never mind the same competition. Haaland's late winner against his old club in the Champions League, while vital in Manchester City's quest to lift the elusive European title, was a scruffy lunge in a desperate attempt to make contact with the ball. Cruyff's, on the other hand, was a brilliantly controlled side-foot volley as the player remained upright and suspended in mid-air. Admittedly, goals are goals, but some are better than others.
Laughable
By some distance the BBCs worst pundit and that is an achievement in itself

How he gets paid for his opinions I'll never know. It was Cruyff's favourite player Guardiola who made the comparison and it was a goal he scored for Barcelona not Netherlands.

The smoke that’s blown up ex-City players arses when they leave is ridiculous!

He also says Arse aren't title contenders.
They are from where I'm sitting.

They’re looking more like title contenders than Liverpool, that’s for sure.

I am not sure I would bet much on Arsenal finishing above Liverpool.

Haaland's was a far better finish, under much more pressure and the ball was higher.
So shut up crooks you fucking mong.

They really seem to be on his back and doing their best to unsettle him.

They’re all over Grealish at the moment - making shit up like he’s asked his agent to find him a new club or he’s had a sip of wine at home one night.
That’s why it pisses me off when City fans get on his back. He gets it from the media 24/7, why give it him through his own fans as well?
