They blame the teams that want to play football by calling them “boring” but as you say, no mention of the fat Sam tactics of 11 behind the ball and just launch it up. That’s what’s really killing the game.
It is surprising that so many sheep follow the narrative of boring. If you as a fan of a club that sits 11 behind the ball and plays for set pieces and break-aways enjoy that then i have no words for you

Guilt by association !
Tossers at the Beeb could have shown a picture of those useless purchases over at Scouse2 , the injury plagued winger and the "El Loco" up front.
But no, they choose a young lad doing everything right

Just went on FB an hour ago to be confronted (re-post).
Picture of a nurse and their PH wage and a picture of KDB. Nurses wage X..... KFB wage Y, clearly making KDB to be the villain!!
Called the cunt of a poster out ( a welsh rag) asking what they paid PH for sanchez and second coming of Tranny......
I will be interested to see the reply....
His job btw is recruitment consultant in the "care" sector. Basically adding a layer to the employment costs of the NHS!! Go fucking figure.... sorry if not footy related

Ask him about KdB’s National insurance contributions.

The NHS would be a fucking sight better off if they didn’t pay consultants as well. Too much management.

This is what I don’t understand about these morons that compare a nurses salary to a footballers.
Footballers contribute more to the NHS than Joe Public and it’s likely they’ll never use the NHS’s services. A lot of those footballers aren’t from this country either.

I'm bored hearing about NHS, I hardly ever call on their services but when do, it's been crap, horrible experience. The worst ones are NHS badge lickers, they parade it in your face like they're some kind of messiah. I used to respect them, but after so much smoke blown up their arses, its safe to say I rather be wheeled off a cliff than end up in a hospital if I can help it.

I’ve had nothing but a nightmare with the NHS for the past 2 years. The service has been terrible. My dad has a heart attack last year and he’s been passed around different “specialists” who can’t give him an answer to how they’ll clear his artery. He’s basically lived in fear for a year that he’ll just have another attack at any point. They fucked up his medication on release from the hospital as well, and he went weeks without being on the correct meds.
I’ll never ever forgive them from stopping me seeing my mum while she was terminal and dying in hospital.

I was in hospital this time last year having my right leg amputated above the knee after “catastrophic” blood clots. Some of the staff were utterly amazing, but only some, the others, particularly the consultant class were so arrogant and uncaring it beggared belief. The worst part for me was the food, and I use the term loosely, it was unspeakable. Luckily for me my mrs organised a meals on wheels service where she cooked for me and got a rota of friends to bring it up to Morriston Hospital in Swansea. How they expect people to recover by serving up the slop they call food beats me.

The specialists are the ones ruining the NHS because they’re halving their NHS hours to go follow the $$$ the rest of the week.
Probably tell people they “work for the NHS” but do it one day a week and the other four are private.

When you hear reported that NHS trusts are paying surgeons/consultants in excess of £4/5k for a single shift, it is clear that it isn’t fit for purpose

I got referred to a vestibular physiotherapist, waited 6 months for them to give me an appointment, the appointment then got cancelled the week of because the specialist had “retired”, then a month later got offered an appointment with the same specialist but privately at an NHS hospital.

Probably deserves its own thread in Off Topic.
My other half has had Asthma since a child. After 40 years they are taking her Blue Inhaler off her (via a TEXT). They claiming its cause its 'Uncontrolled Asthma' as the nice guidelines have changed. Can she get an appointment??? Can she fuck, this is being done via Text messages. She ran out last weekend which caused panic and a call to 111 which resulted in an emergency script to a Chemist 10 miles away.
Wonder if they will be more happy with the cost of a hospital admission when she gets a full blow attack and cannot breathe.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

He's not said where he's going but he did say Southgate remains the best man for the job so maybe it's time for him to have a rest.

His quote was "
Given the options, he remains the best man for the job". Not quite the same ringing endorsement as it seems without those first three words!

this bit from his final column was ...interesting
Hurrying away from Lusail Stadium after Argentina’s win over Croatia, I bumped into Ruud Gullit. He had a big smile. ‘What do you think of the tournament, eh, Martin?’ he asked. I remembered that on the way home from Moscow in 2018, we’d had a lively discussion about Qatar. It’s fair to say he was an advocate, and I wasn’t.
So I said what I thought. That the football had been great. But then tournament football usually is. I hadn’t changed my mind on the location. It was a largely efficient World Cup also, but it came at too high a price.
He seemed disappointed. ‘You guys, you’re always moaning, you never learn,’ he said. ‘That’s why you end up with a referee from South America.’
And he meant it as a joke, but really? That’s the deal? England get Wilton Sampaio because its media reports on migrant worker deaths. I can’t believe that, not even of FIFA — but if it’s even a quarter true, it’s worse than we thought.
