They fucked up his medication on release from the hospital as well, and he went weeks without being on the correct meds.

I’ll never ever forgive them from stopping me seeing my mum while she was terminal and dying in hospital.

I got referred to a vestibular physiotherapist, waited 6 months for them to give me an appointment, the appointment then got cancelled the week of because the specialist had “retired”, then a month later got offered an appointment with the same specialist but privately at an NHS hospital.
