He’s right to be fair. Not sure why this happens a lot with us - the other year when Fern had to sit everyone down and give them a talking to and we went on a great run following that.
If the desire is there but we lose then fair enough, but Southampton won last night because they wanted it more and were in our faces.

If the desire is there but we lose then fair enough, but Southampton won last night because they wanted it more and were in our faces.
It probably happens to every successful teams. The difference between those that overcome it and those that don't is the leadership. We need a Fern.

Agree. Gundo was seen doing a couple of speeches last season, so hopefully he follows up what he’s said to the media and speaks to the players.
